20160727 Moved DAFS down to trailer and added jNO2

Will helped me move the DAFS from the top of tower down to the SAFS trailer.  We also installed the jNO2 that was at Halogen project on the SAFS arm so all three are measuring within ~3' from each other.  Hopefully this will allow us to get a feel for jNO3 and possibly use the ratio to jNO2 FR signal to extend those measurements nd cover jNO3 from Hannah's array she has been moving through the forest.
